I didn’t create this from theory or what sounded good on paper. I created it from lived experience.
For years, I believed that building a business meant pushing, sacrificing myself, and holding everything together. I learned structure, discipline and strategy, but I had to learn self-trust, self-leadership and support the hard way.
The Girl Method™ was created to bring those pieces together.
It’s the way I learned to lead with clarity and intention, without losing myself in the process, and it’s the work I now guide women through, because it’s what I wish I’d had access to much earlier in my journey.
